Recipe: Chili’s Texas Ranch Water

Enjoy this refreshing drink in the heat of the summer... or whenever!

Officially the unofficial West Texas cocktail, Ranch Water is a perfect drink for a hot summer day - or any day, really. It is three ingredients that can be measured precisely or just eye-balled as you pour. While any sparkling water works, Topo Chico Twist of Lime has a mild lime flavor that works very well in this drink.

Yield: 2 cocktails

Ingredients

• 6 ounces Teremana tequila

• 3 ounces lime juice 

• Topo Chico Twist of Lime sparkling mineral water

Directions

Stir the tequila and lime juice together in a small pitcher then split between two glasses, pouring over ice. Top the drink with about 4 ounces of Topo Chico and serve.
